THERAPY clients

• I do not accept insurance and only work with residents of California & Washington State, USA due to licensing laws.

• I offer online therapy only. Beginning January 2025, I will offer in person sessions on Mondays in South Seattle (Columbia City).

SUPERVISION clients

• I offer supervision for associate therapists (LSWAIC, LMFTA, LMHCA) in Washington State, USA working toward independent licensure.

• I offer online supervision only.

CONSULTATION clients

• I offer consultation worldwide for therapists addressing clients cases and work-related issues specializing in trauma recovery, PTSD, relationship, and multicultural issues using somatic, relational, trauma informed approaches (IFS, EFT, SE, AEDP).

• Adjusted fees for those outside of the USA based on purchasing power, cost of living, and for those in the USA on a limited income.

IFS & SOMATIC COACHING

• I offer coaching worldwide for non-mental health concerns using IFS and Somatic Experiencing.

• Common issues include: 1) Personal growth and development, 2) Self esteem, and 3) Personal experience with the IFS & SE models as you enroll in an IFS or SE training.

• Adjusted fees for those outside of the USA based on purchasing power, cost of living, and for those in the USA on a limited income.
